At Faizu Trading, we ensure that all products are carefully checked before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we are happy to help.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is leaking
  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the issue

Items Not Eligible for Return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used liquid cleaners
  • Phenyl, acids, detergents, disinfectants
  • Washing powder, dishwash products, air fresheners
  • Any product damaged after use

Replacement Policy:

  • If approved, we will replace the product
  • Replacement will be sent within 3–7 working days
  • If the product is out of stock, you can choose:
    • Another product of equal value, or
    • A refund

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
