Overview
At Faizu Trading, we ensure that all products are carefully checked before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we are happy to help.
Returns Are Accepted Only If:
- The product is damaged
- The product is leaking
- You received the wrong item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
Items Not Eligible for Return:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used liquid cleaners
- Phenyl, acids, detergents, disinfectants
- Washing powder, dishwash products, air fresheners
- Any product damaged after use
Replacement Policy:
- If approved, we will replace the product
- Replacement will be sent within 3–7 working days
- If the product is out of stock, you can choose:
- Another product of equal value, or
- A refund
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
- Amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
